During networking events lately, there is one question I get asked more than any other: “Why have you specialised in the wellness industry?”
I made this decision at the end of last year, a few months after working with my second wellness client of the year. It felt like a natural alignment. I’ve been deeply passionate about wellbeing for at least 15 years—and if we’re talking about organic food and skincare, it’s closer to 30!
In these businesses, I see hope for a better future. A future where we feel better in our minds, our bodies, and where we truly follow our hearts.
Because I am a wellness consumer myself, I understand this industry inside out. I know the pricing habits, the market trends, and the genuine pain points of customers who are searching for a better quality of life.
I’ve also noticed a common theme among the wellness business owners I meet. Some genuinely dislike marketing. Others rely heavily on manifestation, which can sometimes hold them back from taking practical business action. And almost all of them find themselves completely short on time.
Over the last few months, it has been an absolute honour to support wellness businesses across Hampshire and Wiltshire. I’ve learned just as much as I’ve taught them, and seeing my clients gain motivation, clarity, and ease in their businesses has brought me so much joy.
If this sounds familiar to you, book a call to check if we can work together!
