Business consulting and Workshops are subject to a defined agreement between the parties with special conditions as needed. 5. Condition of implementation
Programme: The purchase of the programmes is available via email order. The programme Knowing Yourself to Market Yourself is provided by email, weekly for 12-weeks.
Marketing Mentoring: the purchase is available via email order. Laury Popoff and the client organise the meeting. Any other request will be subject to special conditions.
6. Methods of execution
The services are carried out under the following conditions:- Internet connection essential: the exchanges are done by this channel. Online appointments are determined in advance. Client commitment: his/her involvement in the exchanges and the exercises is required to achieve the objectives. On specific request, the place of realisation is defined by the Customer and the representative of LRSY by Internet or telephone. It is defined during appointments.
7. Price
Prices are on the website or subject to quotation for any tailored services. Specific requests can be addressed to Laury Popoff and subject to a quote. The VAT is not applicable.
8. Laury Popoff commitments
Laury Popoff undertakes in good faith to:
- Respect the professional secrecy
- Respect its obligation of means for the correct execution of the programme
- Deliver as soon as possible.

10. Payment
The payment is made by bank transfer upon receipt of the invoice or online via stripe (for any information, contact the company www.stripe.com).
11.Late payment or Non payment
In case of late payment, Laury Popoff may suspend any services and orders in progress without prejudice to any other course of action. Any amount not paid at the due date shown on the invoice will automatically result in penalties, from the day following the settlement date on the invoice the application of penalties equal to the legal interest rate.
12. Deontology

13. Disputes
The Terms and Conditions as well as all issues regarding this website are governed by the laws of England and Wales and all disputes shall be determined exclusively by the English Courts.

17. Cancellation and Refunds (Consumer Rights)
If you are purchasing as a consumer (not for a business), you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. However, for digital programmes delivered via email or download, you explicitly agree that by accessing, opening, or streaming the content, you waive your 14-day right to cancel. For tailored services, if you request the services to begin during the cancellation period, you shall pay an amount proportionate to what has been performed up until your cancellation.
18. Limitation of Liability and No Guarantees
While Laury Popoff delivers services and programs in good faith, all consulting, mentoring, and wellbeing products are advisory. LRSY gives no guarantees regarding specific business, financial, or personal outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laury Popoff’s total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or services shall be limited to the total fees paid by the client for that specific service or program.
