I grew up in a small business, so I suppose my passion for helping you shine comes from there! Born on the other side of the Channel, I have been running my own businesses for 12 years now. Before that, I worked in various Marketing roles in the UK and France. I earned two university degrees one in Chemistry, a Masters in Information and Communication, and most recently, a Diploma in Business Sustainability.

Throughout my career, I've worked with many businesses, primarily in wellness, retail, hospitality and franchising. Defining strong foundations and sharing them with all our stakeholders makes a massive difference to a business's journey!

My care for the planet began in December 1999 when a cargo ship carrying oil sank, leaving charities and volunteers to clean up the mess, at first! The teenager I was simply couldn't understand how this could happen... That moment sparked a lifelong commitment to sustainability, and led me to integrate eco-conscious strategies into marketing and business strategies. As part of this, this website is hosted by Krystal, because they take environmental impact seriously. 

My passion for wellbeing started around the same time, when my  own health raised more question  than answers. Exploring natural and holistic approaches has supported my physical and mental wellbeing in ways I hadn’t expected, and it continues to impact how I live and work today.
